New patio furniture and gas grill on the patio. This unit provides you access to a hot tub and pool just down the road. The great room includes a 52" LCD HDTV and DVD player while sitting on the brown leather sectional couch. There is also a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room table with seating for 6. The large master bedroom has both a king and queen size bed. Winter themed, this bedroom features a plasma TV, private bathroom with a large tile walk in shower, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom also has a plasma TV, and has a queen bed, and a twin xl bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Utilizing the 2 twin air mattresses, this unit can sleep up to 11. The 2 guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower tub. Located on a the only private road in Rim Village, there will be plenty of parking. There is also a 2 car attached garage for all your big toys. Numerous off-road trails are nearby, and you can drive your street legal ATVs and motorcycles on the roads to access them.
